Founded by Anthony Roux, Camille Chafer and Emmanuel "Manu" Darras on May 15, 2001, Ankama is an independent digital creation group focused on the entertainment industry and initially became known for its video games (Dofus, Dofus Arena and Wakfu). The company name comes from their own names: ANthony, KAmille, MAnu.
Ankama's development is based on a transmedia strategy; it creates detailed narrative universes (for example, the Krosmoz) which are further enriched by their portrayal over various media. By creating links between these stories, Ankama offers the public the chance to alternate between media, to become ever more immersed in an imaginary world, and to live and share a rich interactive experience.
On the wave of the success of the Flash MMORPG Dofus, several industries have been created within the company: Ankama Games (video game design), Ankama Web (interactive communication), Ankama Publishing (comic book publishing).
Ankama then went into yet another market with the release in 2009 of the collectible card game Wakfu. They initially allied with Upper Deck Entertainment to help them with the first steps of commercializing and promoting the new game, then took their independance in 2010.
Based in Roubaix, France.

Your goal in Draftosaurus is to have the dino park most likely to attract visitors. To do so, you have to draft dino meeples and place them in pens that have some placement restrictions. Each turn, one of the players roll a die and this adds a constraint to which pens any other player can add their dinosaur.
Draftosaurus is a quick and light drafting game in which you don't have a hand of cards that you pass around (after selecting one), but a bunch of dino meeples in the palm of your hand.

Flip the script on 80’s horror movies with Monster Slaughter!
This time, it’s your turn to hunt down and slay those insufferable teenagers who took refuge in an abandoned cabin in the woods. At the head of a family of monsters, you’ll have to carefully select in which order you’ll eliminate your victims… and then begin the slaughter!
Monster Slaughter is a tactical game inspired by horror movie classics, where each players takes control of a family of three monsters: father, mother and child, each with their own stats and family power. Their objective is to scour the cabin looking for five guests, find their hiding spot and “take care” of them! Each victim hides in a pile of cards that monsters must search through to find them, gathering items and traps as they do. Once revealed, a guest’s miniature is put on the board and can be attacked!
However, each player has secretly set a killing order for these guests, and killing them in order is worth more points. They can use their item cards to defend the guests against other monsters or scare the victims away to other rooms, so the guests die in a more favorable order!
Monster Slaughter also comes with a scenario book, giving new objectives and special rules to make each moonless night a new experience.
